Whitehall Shell

Overall my experience at Whitehall Shell is good. I wish the young people working at the desk were better trained in customer service. They need to learn how to listen and remember they are representing Stuart's establishment.

Overall and past works they have done for me were excellent, but they screwed me up on the price💸💸💸 Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My passenger floorboard was wet after rain. Carl knew exactly what caused it (sunroof tubing). I was able to bring it in the same day as I called. Soon after, there was the same issue and they looked at it immediately and fixed it - no charge. They stand by their work. Service: General repairs & maintenance
