This note comes to acknowledge the fine service that I received on my daughter's Nissan Altima. Thus far, the car is performing like new.My family is pleased. I must also express a special shout out to Carl. He suggested that I contact All State Insurance --my carrier-- and see if they would defray the cost of repairs.They covered 80 % of the repair cost due to their interaction with Carl and the case he made that reimbursement was justified.
